See, I told you I would update!!

Soooo.... the last time I updated this bad boy was over a month ago- two days before my birthday. I've been pretty busy:

My birthday went well. I went to GR for my birthday. Sushi for dinner; drinks for dessert. Met a friend of a friend that I really liked. He asked me out for when I got back to MS. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Drove home to MS. Took me over 12 hours. I was home long enough to put on my pajamas and eat dinner when we got a phone call saying my sister was in a car accident and was trapped in the car. We hauled tail to the wreck. As soon as I saw it, I thought I had come home to go to her funeral. Turns out she was counscious (SP?). EMT's decided that she needed to helicoptered to pediatric ICU in Memphis or Jackson. My mom(a nurse) convinced them helo her to Tupelo and if Tupelo thought she needed ICU, then ship her to Memphis. 112 to the hospital in Tupelo to find out that the kid had a cracked collar bone. That's all. She was really lucky to have gotten out alive. Look for yourself:

Then I got to tend to the little blonde idiot for the rest of the week. I missed out on seeing all my friends from college because of the accident and lack of one vehicle, as well as the old B.F. heart-breaker. I really wanted him to see how much better I look without him!! LOL! P.S. the highway patrolman that was responsible for the accident diagnostics (who is a friend of mine) said that she was doing between 100 and 120 when her car left the road, became airborne and was wrapped around a sweet gum tree while flipping over.
Dance recital was that week too! Maddie was soooo cute!Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Allison didn't get to dance because of the collar bone.

So, the family was short a vehicle. They needed them all to run errands, take kids to school, go to work, etc. Were going to have to purchase one. They decided to give Allison my car and I got a newer one! Sucked for her, but there is no reason to award a kid for bad behavior-- she didn't deserve one!

Drove home. Started back to school. Started seeing the guy from my birthday.

He is such an ANGEL!! He loves to come see me and do things for me (including the dishes). OMG! He is perfect!! I haven't met his family yet; that is coming soon. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Got my school grades back. Not A's, but they didn't kick me out--I'll take it!

Got my hair cut today. It is soooo freakin' cute! Very Farrah Fauwcett circa Charlie's Angels era. I love it! My stylist told me that I look like Lindsey Lohan. I don't see it, but she is cute, so I won't complain!!

Went to Penny's-huge sale! Got a really cute dress and skirt/shirt!!

Been doing okay on NS. Following maintenence since I went home; started loss program again earlier this week. My body just needed to adjust.

That is about all I can think of in my life...

Oh ran into "he who hath no balls" when I got back from MS-- acted like I was on my cell phone. Gosh, I love technology!!

If I think of anything else, I will post!!

Just my freakin' luck!

Well kids, I am in the middle (closer to the end- but that is irrelevant) of finals week.. I have one left tomorrow morning. HOwever today's proved most interesting. I had my property I final today. No big deal; I knew what I had to talk about- I just didn't want to.

I got to the classroom 30 minutes before the final. I picked a seat and as the classroom started to fill up I realized that we weren't going to be packed like sardines in a full classroom, and I should have plenty of space as there are plenty of empty seats, surely no one will sit by me!

Oh how wrong I was. As I was staring blankly into my laptop screen waiting for teh proctor to call my name so that I could get my exam pack, I heard a booming voice over my left shoulder. "ARE YOU HAVING FUN?"

I turned around quickly to see who was addressing whom behind me (as surely no one was talking to me- none of my friends took laptop exams, but rather pen and pencil). There he was. "He who hath no balls" himself. I am not joking. He had chosen to sit in the seat immediately to my left- right beside me....not in any of the millions of empty seats by others, but BY ME! All I could think is "damn."

He set up his laptop and carried on a meaningless, yet polite conversation about tests, blah , blah. I brought up the subject that my birthday was starting tomorrow at midnight and he should come out with all of us. "If I you end up where I have already made plans to be, then I guess I will see you."

Rriiiigggghhhhhtttt. So needless to say, I had to sit through my entire Property I exam with a great big distraction sitting beside me (who talks to himself by the way).

I just found it really odd as Dunkin Hynie and I just had this conversation about how I should CALL and invite him to go out with us. I think not. So I came to the conclusion that if I saw him this week, I would offer an invite. If I didn't see him, it was life's way of telling me to give up. Furthermore, I would have had no idea he was even in the room if he hadn't sat beside me.. which brings me to a further arguement that we could have sat with a chair inbetween us all, but he chose to sit IMMEDIATELY to my left as opposed to the next skipped seat, so everyone would be comfortable. I am at a loss on this one.. Mr. I'm not looking for a relationship has "plans" on a Friday night. I give, I think my hair is graying from stress as we speak.

It really wasn't that big of a deal, but if I am rude to someone, I'll be damned if I'm gonna CHOOSE to sit by them for three hours. I hate boys. They are stupid sometimes. "He who hath no balls" is a shining example....

Somedays it is a pain (though thoroughly entertaining) to be me!
